Fasting day: light meals for great results

I woke up today with the sun, as if we were getting up by agreement. First of all, vitamins and minerals, because the body should work like a Swiss watch, not like an old alarm clock with a jammed button.

Libra was a little surprised – a small plus. Well, it happens. The main thing is not to panic, but to act. Today I decided to arrange a fasting day for myself: minimum calories, maximum benefits. The menu includes egg whites and cabbage. Modest? Maybe. But it's effective! Let the body take a break from heavy food, and at the same time push the fats to the exit. The main thing is to keep the balance and move towards the goal! 💪🔥
My breakfast today was decent—not a culinary masterpiece, but definitely edible. I took a chunk of cabbage, sliced it off the head, and threw it on the pan.
