High-Protein Breakfast with Baked Fish – Energy Boost for the Day!

This morning’s breakfast was not only delicious but also healthy. I decided to prepare something high in protein and low in calories.

I baked a fish fillet in the oven, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste. For variety, I added canned peas, beans, and a spoonful of ketchup for a light flavor boost. The breakfast turned out to be nutritious, light, and perfect for an active day ahead.

A hearty dinner to relax and enjoy the evening Yesterday I decided not to bother and just cook what I love. For dinner, I had a large plate of delicious food: fried potatoes, two eggs with bright yolks, canned beans, some ketchup and a whole mountain of bread. I fried the potatoes generously, with a good amount of oil, to get that delicious crust, which is impossible to refuse. I cooked the eggs separately so that the yolk remains soft – it tastes better this way. For a change, I added some beans, and the ketchup made the dish even richer. And, of course, bread. Not just a couple of slices for show, but as many as you wanted – so that dinner would be truly satisfying. Sometimes it's important to just treat yourself without unnecessary restrictions, especially if the day turned out to be eventful. It turned out delicious, simple and very homey!
