A New Day – Fresh Ideas for Light and Delicious Meals!

Here we are, starting Day 11 of my journey to the perfect shape. I woke up at a reasonable time this morning, early but not in the middle of the night like before. My mood is great, and I feel a light hunger, which tells me it’ll soon be time for breakfast.

In an hour or two, I’ll get creative and whip up something interesting to eat. A new day is a new opportunity to try something tasty, healthy, and aligned with my goals. Let’s move forward with positivity!
A Crispy Breakfast – Delicious, Filling, and Full of Variety!

This morning, I decided to switch things up a bit and prepare something fried. Boiled food was starting to feel repetitive, so a little variety was much needed.

I heated 20 grams of sunflower oil in a pan, placed a turkey breast steak, and fried it to a golden crust. Separately, I prepared two eggs. To make the meal even more nutritious, I added canned beans and corn.

The result was not only filling but also incredibly tasty. A perfect way to start the day!

A Light Dinner with Baked Fish and a Sweet Dessert!

I skipped lunch today – breakfast was so filling that I didn’t feel the need to eat midday. For dinner, I decided to prepare something simple yet tasty.

I baked a fish fillet and served it with fresh tomatoes, canned peas, and a spoonful of ketchup for a touch of flavor. The result was delightful – light, nutritious, and flavorful.

For dessert, I treated myself to something sweet – a bunch of juicy grapes. A pleasant way to end the day!
