The Perfect Weight Loss Breakfast – Light and Nutritious!
This morning, my breakfast was both delicious and healthy. Half a plate of fresh salad and half a plate of boiled turkey breast – the perfect way to start the day lightly.
The salad was made with finely shredded cabbage, thinly sliced red onion, and tomato. For the dressing, I used 1 teaspoon of 9% apple cider vinegar, adding salt and pepper to taste. The turkey breast was simply boiled with a bit of salt and pepper. For a pop of color and variety, I garnished the dish with a touch of canned peas.
