Here comes Day 10 of my weight loss journey. Time flies, and the results are already starting to show. Each new day is an opportunity to take another step toward my goal.

Feeling energetic and highly motivated today. Plans include keeping an eye on my diet, staying active, and maintaining a positive attitude. The key is to keep going and remember that every small success adds up to a big achievement!
The Perfect Weight Loss Breakfast – Light and Nutritious!

This morning, my breakfast was both delicious and healthy. Half a plate of fresh salad and half a plate of boiled turkey breast – the perfect way to start the day lightly.

The salad was made with finely shredded cabbage, thinly sliced red onion, and tomato. For the dressing, I used 1 teaspoon of 9% apple cider vinegar, adding salt and pepper to taste. The turkey breast was simply boiled with a bit of salt and pepper. For a pop of color and variety, I garnished the dish with a touch of canned peas.

A Healthy and Balanced Lunch for Energy and Satisfaction!

For lunch today, I opted for simple and nutritious dishes. I prepared eggs cooked in water instead of oil – a great way to reduce calories. Alongside, I had crab sticks, canned beans, and a bit of corn for variety and taste.

For dessert, I treated myself to high-protein cottage cheese, which is wonderfully filling, and a bit of drinkable yogurt. This lunch turned out to be light yet nutritious, with a focus on protein to keep me energized throughout the day.
