Day 9: How to Start the Morning with Positivity and Lightness!

I woke up, as usual, very early. Feeling great, and hunger hasn’t kicked in yet. The scale gave me a pleasant surprise – one kilogram (2.2 lbs) down! That kind of progress instantly boosts my mood and inspires me to keep going.

A new day means new steps toward the goal! Stay positive, and everything will fall into place.
A Light and Tasty Breakfast with Minimal Calories!

This morning, I decided to make something simple, healthy, and low-calorie. For breakfast – whipped chicken eggs (4 pieces) with canned peas, beans, and cabbage.

I cooked the eggs as usual without oil: poured half a cup of water into the pan, added the beaten eggs, and let them cook gently. The result was not only delicious but also filling – just 440 calories!

Managing High-Calorie Snacks and Preparing a Light Dinner!

Today at work, I couldn’t have a proper lunch, so I ended up snacking on two sausage pies and a cheese-filled flatbread. The total calorie count was quite high – around 1500.

To balance out my daily intake, I opted for a simple yet nutritious dinner: scrambled eggs made with 4 chicken eggs and canned beans. I added 20 grams of sunflower oil for flavor. A quick, tasty option to end the day on a positive note!
