Day 6 of the diet: honesty and lessons learned.

Yesterday, I slipped and drank a bottle of whiskey. I chose not to share it because alcohol is harmful and doesn’t align with my journey toward health. Today is a new day to correct mistakes and move forward!
Breaking the Rules: My Experiment with Today’s Meal

Today, I decided to add some variety to my diet and prepared something a little unconventional. Instead of the usual boiled vegetables, I opted for sausages while keeping the calorie count in check.

I lightly fried two sausages in oil and then added four whisked eggs to the pan. The result exceeded my expectations: the dish turned out not only filling but also incredibly delicious.

This experiment reminded me that occasionally breaking strict dietary rules can be perfectly fine—and even beneficial—because food should bring joy.

Sometimes You Just Want a Bit More: My Dinner Beyond the Rules

Tonight, I once again opted for simplicity and taste, stepping a little outside the boundaries of healthy eating. For the main dish, I chose instant noodles, ready in just a couple of minutes. For the second course, I had two juicy sausages, followed by a flavorful cheese pie to finish.

Yes, it wasn’t the healthiest dinner by the book, but sometimes it feels great to relax and simply enjoy your favorite flavors.
