“Day Three: Confidence in Success Grows”
The morning of day three began with a sense of stability and progress. After seeing results early on, I’m becoming more confident that I’m on the right path. Small steps are leading to noticeable changes, and that motivates me to keep going.
Today is another opportunity to prove to myself that anything is possible. The key is consistency and staying true to my goals!

Hearty and Healthy Breakfast at 660 Calories

This morning, I started my day with a delicious and balanced breakfast. On the menu: boiled cabbage, grated cheese, two eggs, and two tablespoons of sour cream.

I sliced the cabbage thinly and boiled it for 25 minutes. While it was still hot, I sprinkled it with grated cheese, added salt and pepper for flavor, and finished it off with a bit of sour cream. Simple yet incredibly tasty and nutritious!

With this breakfast, I got an energy boost and enjoyed every bite.

“Helpful Tips for Food Restrictions and a Healthy Lifestyle”

Today, I decided to skip lunch and take some time to share useful advice. Here are my recommendations to help you control your diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle:
1. Cut out oil. It adds unnecessary calories and fats that can easily be avoided.
2. Move more. Take at least 5,000 steps a day (ideally 10,000 steps) to boost your metabolism.
3. Say no to flour-based foods. Avoid bread, pastries, and any products made with flour.
4. Eliminate sugar and sweets. This includes candies, baked goods, and sweetened drinks.
5. Avoid alcohol. It adds empty calories and slows down the weight-loss process.
6. Skip juices and sodas. Drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite are major enemies of your health.
7. Fill your plate with vegetables. Let 50-70% of your meal consist of veggies.
8. Replace sauces with spices. Avoid mayonnaise and store-bought sauces; instead, use salt, pepper, garlic, and other natural seasonings.
9. Drink water. Consume at least 0.7 gallons (3 liters) of water daily. Personally, I drink 1 gallon (5 liters) of cold, clean water every day.

These simple steps will not only help you lose weight but also make you feel more energetic and healthier. Start today, and tomorrow will feel lighter!

How to Deal with Moments of Weakness?

This evening started calmly, even perfectly — a light dinner, everything as planned. But then, I slipped. Chips, cake, juice — all these “supplies of happiness” ended up in front of me in an instant.

Of course, I’m not proud of it, but I won’t beat myself up either. Moments like this happen to everyone. The important thing is to realize it’s temporary and keep moving forward. It’s better to have a one-time slip-up than to overeat constantly, right?

🌟 My takeaway for today: slips happen, but they shouldn’t stop you. Tomorrow is a new day, which means a new chance to become better.
