Today, I woke up at 3 a.m., and although I wasn’t very hungry, I decided to step on the scale. The result surprised me: minus 2 kilograms! Of course, it’s probably just water weight, and the actual fat burned is likely around 200-300 grams. But even this small progress is motivating to keep going!
I spent some time thinking about what to start my morning with. I settled on a simple yet nutritious breakfast: boiled potatoes and cabbage, a bit of cheese, some peas, and an apple. To keep it from being too dry, I added 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream.
There were only 780 calories in this breakfast.
