Woke up feeling great and light.

Weighed myself – the results are amazing! 😊 As always, I started the day by drinking two glasses of water and taking my vitamin and mineral capsules.

While riding the elevator, I saw in the mirror that steam was rising from my hair. 😅 That’s how much my body heated up during the walk—like a built-in sauna!

For breakfast, I had… nothing. 😆
For lunch, I had canned beans and sauerkraut.

A Whole Day in Calorie-Burning Mode!

All day long, I could feel my calories burning, but I didn’t feel too hungry since my stomach was filled with cabbage and beans. For a snack, I had a can of canned peas—just enough to keep me going.

And now, dinner time is approaching… Can you guess what’s on my plate tonight? 😆

For dinner, I had sauerkraut. Surprisingly tasty and filling, and most importantly, it fills up the stomach. After such a meal, the feeling of fullness lasts for a long time, with almost no calories. A great option for continuing my experiment!
