So,
Day 2 of the experiment begins! Still going strong, but I’ve realized that
I can’t last too long on just cabbage—it fills you up, but doesn’t provide everything the body needs.
💡
Solution:✅
Adding canned beans and peas to my diet—at least some protein and carbs.
✅
Taking B vitamins and a mineral complex because
my body still needs nutrients, and cabbage alone won’t cut it.
Overall condition:🔹 Hunger
is there, but manageable🔹 No
weakness so far🔹 Mood
still strong! 😆
📌
Let’s keep going and see how the day unfolds! 🥬🚀A Walk & Grocery Run 🚶♂️🛒Today’s plan:
a 1-1.5 hour walk to keep hunger in check and burn some calories. After that, I’ll
stop by the store to pick up
canned beans and peas—it’s time to add some variety to my diet because cabbage alone won’t cut it forever. 😆
💡
Goals for today:✅
Stay active – 1-1.5 hours of walking✅
Stock up on legumes – gotta get some protein✅
Keep tracking my progress and see how I feel📌
Off for a walk! More updates coming soon. 🥬🚀Cabbage Fasting with Beans and Peas
Today, I walked 3 miles and burned about 400 calories. After the walk, my hunger disappeared for about two hours, but then it hit hard. As I planned yesterday, I decided to diversify my diet a little because eating only cabbage can drive you crazy.
On my way back from the walk, I bought canned peas and beans. I recommend getting several cans at once—they’ll come in handy for tomorrow and the day after. When I got hungry again, I prepared a portion:
•
200 grams of beans•
200 grams of peas•
200 grams of fresh cabbageThe hunger quickly subsided! In terms of calories, it was about 400 kcal—roughly the same amount I burned during the walk. It created a balance, which is great for continuing the experiment.
I also took vitamin and mineral capsules today to maintain my body’s proper functioning. During fasting, it’s important not only to limit food intake but also to take care of overall well-being.
Tomorrow, I plan to go for another walk and continue the cabbage marathon. Let’s see how my body reacts to another day without regular food!
