Day 16. A Healthy Morning Begins!

I woke up early today, full of energy and ready to keep pushing forward! Yesterday, I stocked up on healthy groceries, so breakfast is looking like a real feast.

Menu:
🥔 Fried potatoes with turkey seasoned to perfection—smells so good, I think my neighbors are about to invite themselves over!
🥒 Grated zucchini with tomatoes—light, fresh, and full of goodness!
🥗 Sauerkraut salad with red onion and canned peas—a perfect balance of crunch and tang to start the day right!

A delicious start to the day, and those extra pounds better start packing their bags! 💪

Losing weight deliciously – cabbage, peas, and a cottage cheese dessert!

For lunch, I decided to create a masterpiece of minimalism – a perfect 50/50 mix of sauerkraut and canned peas in one bowl. A no-fuss salad, but a treasure trove of fiber, vitamins, and, of course, surprising flavors.

The dessert deserves special attention. Fat-free cottage cheese on its own is like snow without winter, but I played it smart and poured drinking yogurt over it. The result? Not just edible but actually enjoyable – the cottage cheese became soft, and the yogurt added a touch of sweetness without unnecessary sugar.

The lunch turned out simple but strategically well-balanced. Proteins, fiber, minimal fat – just what the plan requires. Now, I’m ready to conquer my 8-kilometer walk because cabbage and peas are practically fuel for energetic strides.

Dinner & the Start of My Hunger Marathon! 🥩🥚🥒

Tonight, I treated myself to a hearty and delicious meal before a big challenge:
🔥 Pan-fried turkey steak with butter
🔥 4 fried eggs
🔥 Mashed zucchini puree – light and smooth
🔥 Veggie salad – cabbage, carrots, peas, and red onion.

Everything turned out great, but this was my last “normal” dinner before a new test! 😈

🚀 I’m launching the Hunger Marathon!
📅 The rules are simple:
🥬 Only raw cabbage – no oil, salt, or seasoning.
💧 Only pure water – no additives, sugar, or carbonation.

Will I survive on just cabbage and water? Stay tuned to find out! 😆
