The morning after the food marathon: results, surprises and a new day in the fight for form

I woke up today to the invigorating sound of the alarm clock at exactly 7:00 a.m. The first thing to do is the standard morning ritual: shake up, cheer up, do all the chores and, of course, get on the scales. Honestly? I was preparing for the worst. After yesterday's celebration of life in the form of pizza, hamburgers and sweets, I expected to see something like "Error. Overload".

But here it is – a real surprise: only + 0.22 pounds! (or 100 grams). Isn't this a miracle? It would seem that there are so many carbohydrates, so much pleasure, and the body decided to be merciful to me. Well, then, let's move on with a positive attitude and a charged motivation.

And to start the new day right, I got confused and made breakfast. What exactly? But see for yourself – the photo is attached! 😉
Here’s what my ideal lunch looks like: two juicy turkey steaks, lightly seared in a pan with a drop of oil—just enough to enhance the flavor without adding unnecessary calories. Alongside, I sautéed some fresh frozen peas until they became tender and aromatic. A bit of leftover beans also made it into the dish, and a spoonful of ketchup added a nice kick. To top it all off, I boiled a small portion of pasta—just to make the meal even more satisfying. The result? A balanced, delicious, and nutritious meal that keeps me full without feeling heavy.

And in the evening, my usual 6-mile walk awaits—an excellent way to burn off half of today’s calories and maintain that perfect balance! 670 calories

And how could I skip dinner? Of course, I couldn’t! Tonight, I went for young green peas—fresh, tender, and basically a taste of spring on my plate. To keep them company, I pan-seared a turkey steak with just a tiny bit of oil—just enough to give it a golden crust without ruining my diet-friendly masterpiece. Simple, delicious, and satisfying—just what I need to wrap up the day! 💪🔥
