Breakdown on a diet: how did I break the regime and what should I do about it?

Last night, a gastronomic rebel woke up in me, and I decided to deviate from the rules a little. Well, just a little bit… Fried eggs, sausages, chips and sweet sticks were used. In general, I arranged an evening taste festival for myself, but, alas, the scales did not appreciate my enthusiasm in the morning – the numbers went up.

Of course, it spoiled the mood a little, but the main thing is not to stop! There's a long way to go, and one misfire doesn't undo all the work done. We continue in the same spirit: discipline, movement and informed choice.

In the morning, as expected, I was charged with a complex of vitamins and minerals. Anyone who wants to take a look at my morning ritual – see the photo (yes, yes, I drink so much to feel great). Plus, at least three glasses of clean water is my ironclad ritual at the start of the day.

Moving on, the weight won't lose itself! 🚀

Simple, delicious and only 600 calories!

Today's lunch turned out to be as simple as possible, but at the same time balanced — protein in the base, fiber in addition, and taste at the restaurant level (well, almost 😆).

Starring an omelet made from proteins. Pure protein, no extra fats, but a feeling of fullness for several hours is guaranteed. In support of it, sauerkraut (intestinal health says “thank you!”), pickled cucumbers (a little piquancy) and canned beans (so as not to forget that carbohydrates can also be useful).

In the end: delicious, healthy, inexpensive and only 600 calories! And most importantly — without guilt and with a full charge of energy. 💪🔥

A Light 280-Calorie Dinner: A Strange but Genius Combo!

Tonight’s dinner was a true culinary experiment—surprising yet satisfying! On the menu: sauerkraut, pickles, pineapple rings, and 1% kefir. At first glance, it might look like a random mix from a buffet where someone forgot the main course, but in reality, it’s a perfect balance of flavors and nutrition!

What’s on the plate?
🥒 Pickles – a bit of crunch and sodium to keep hydration in check.
🥬 Sauerkraut – probiotics, fiber, and a taste that brings back childhood memories.
🍍 Pineapple rings – a sweet touch that turns this mix into a true flavor rollercoaster.
🥛 1% kefir – the perfect finisher: light protein, calcium, and gut-friendly goodness.
