This morning started with a bit of disappointment – my weight remained the same. Obviously, this is the aftermath of my pizza and alcohol adventure two days ago. But I know it’s just water retention, nothing serious. The most important thing is to stay on track, and I’m not giving up.
My late breakfast was the same as yesterday: a big serving of egg whites (fried) and a full plate of fresh cabbage. A great balance of protein and fiber! I also took my daily vitamins and minerals – my body needs all the support it can get. However, I couldn’t finish everything at once, so the remaining half of the egg whites and cabbage will be my go-to snacks throughout the day.
It turned out to be a 290 calorie breakfast.
