HALLELUJAH – 157.8 kg! 🎉

Woke up – feeling great! 🌞 First thing – stepped on the scale… 157.8 kg! 😲 This is my lowest weight in the last 4 years. If I could, I’d hug my scale, but I’m afraid it wouldn’t survive it.

Then comes my morning champion ritual. You already know it: two glasses of water, bathroom, vitamins & minerals. But here’s a question – which one is the most important? 🤔 Let’s vote! Maybe this is the key moment? Or is the magic of weight loss only possible with all three?

💭 Plans for the day: a little lazy time (because rest is part of the process, right? 😆), then a nice walk – 11,000 steps won’t walk themselves!

Stay awesome, take care! I’ll write again at lunch – stay tuned! 🚀🔥

"Post-Walk Lunch: How I Turned Simple Ingredients into a Healthy Lifestyle Masterpiece"
Today started with a refreshing walk—3 miles covered with ease and a smile. Returning home, I decided that lunch should be not only healthy but also inspiring. And here’s what came out of it:
The Bomb Salad:
I boiled beans (a whole hour of patience, but worth it!), mixed them with sauerkraut, and added a pinch of black pepper for a spicy kick. The result? A vitamin-packed explosion—filling, tasty, and low in calories.
The Dream Side Dish:
I boiled cabbage and sliced some carrots. Simple? Yes. But sometimes simplicity is pure genius.
The Protein Finale:
I cracked 5 eggs, separated the whites from the yolks (the yolks went on "vacation"), and ended up with 185 grams of pure protein. I cooked them on a water bath—half a glass of water instead of oil, and voilà! The whites turned out tender as a cloud and light as my post-walk mood.
The Result: A lunch that energizes, supports my weight loss goals, and reminds me that healthy eating is anything but boring.
📸 Check out the photo—it’s worth seeing!
P.S. If you think a healthy lifestyle is all about buckwheat and chicken breast, try my salad. It’ll prove that healthy can be delicious, and delicious can be simple. 😉

"Cheat Meal My Way: Pizza, Sausages, and a Little Magic"
Tonight, I decided to break the rules and treat myself to a cheat meal. Yes, even I allow myself to relax sometimes, and here’s how it went:
Pizza with a Twist:
I preheated the oven to 220°C, unwrapped a frozen pizza, and added some sliced sausages (because why not?). In 10-12 minutes, the aroma filled the kitchen, and the pizza turned into a golden masterpiece.
Evening Ritual:
With a glass of whiskey (which, of course, stays off-camera) and a whole pizza, I settled in front of YouTube. It was an evening where calories didn’t count, and the rules took a break.
The Takeaway:
Sometimes, a cheat meal isn’t just food—it’s a little celebration for the soul. And you know what? It’s also part of a healthy lifestyle because balance is key.

P.S. If you think a cheat meal is a failure, remember: even superheroes take off their capes sometimes. 😉

"Cheat Meal: Part Two — Pizza, Whiskey, and a Cozy Evening"
Well, friends, my soul demanded a continuation of the feast! And who am I to deny it? 😄
Pizza: Round Two
I preheated the oven to 220°C again, pulled out a second pizza (yes, I was ready for this twist), and added even more sausages. Because if it’s a cheat meal, go all out! In 10 minutes, the aroma filled the kitchen once more, and I realized this wasn’t just food—it was a ritual.
Whiskey: The Evening Companion
A glass of whiskey (which, of course, stays off-camera) became the perfect companion for the evening. It was as if it whispered, “You’ve earned this.”
The Takeaway:
A cheat meal isn’t just food. It’s a moment when you allow yourself to be yourself. No rules, no calorie counting, just enjoying the moment.
📸 Check out the photo—the pizza is once again on point!
P.S. If you think a cheat meal is a failure, remember: even the strictest diets have weekends. 😉
